  Signed up at the NY State Fair in2025, the agent said 64.99 monthly for 2 years and after 30 days receive a100$ gift card.If I was not satisfied I could cancel within the first month and receive my first month payment back . Service was not as good as expected and I cancelled and returned the equipment. NO Refund yet! Called customer service in Texas to find out that I got the SHAFT, He did not enter the deal he sold me on . BEWARE. UPDATE!! The agent who I dealt with has been removed from his job. I received a call from Tim and has made arrangements for a refund of my money.Hats off to them for standing by their agreement from a dishonest agent. I greatly appreciate their service and effort to resolve this matter

  Trinstar LLC i would recommend. I have to give a big shout out to Benjamin who helpped amazingly. Thank you. Wish more people could help like you did. When one of the employees messed things up. Benjamin stayed true to his word and made it right.

  Benjamin Torres was wonderful to me. Lowered my TV and Internet bill. Came to my house after installed and checked on me.
