  Community needs to install fountains in their ponds. The area is infested with mosquitoes because of the still water. They are so focused on getting people into the houses as soon as possible … they aren’t paying attention to this. Still water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Standing water provides an ideal environment for female mosquitoes to lay their eggs. The eggs hatch and develop into larvae, which feed on algae and other microorganisms in the water. If you want you and your children to get bit my mosquitoes everyday, you should move to this community!!!

  We love this place!! Our home backs up to the beautiful island green on the third hole. And Craig is an amazing salesperson! Highly recommend.

  If you are in the market for a new construction home, I would definately look at Trieste by Ashton Woods in the Bella Vita master-planned community. The Bella Vita master-planned community is close to the US-501 but far enough away not to hear much road traffic. You are 5-15 minutes from the beaches & shopping. This developement is starting its final phases and most of the remaining lots have WOODED FOREST AREAS behind each lot vs. so many new homes with only a retention pond, lacking privacy. Just this afternoon, in the trees behind our home, my app identified Northern Cardnials, Caronina Wrens, Red-winged Blackbirds and Yellow-rumped Warbiers all singing in harmony, which makes for a pleasant afternoon sitting in our screened-in porch. The homes are very well designed and built. The forman for our home was EXCELLENT and no detail was missed. Our "Truman" model is a four-bedroom with a great walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. We chose to not get the fireplace option, but after this very cold winter, I would have now opted for this. I wished Ashton-Woods would have offered are more upgraded options at time of purchase, including: GE appliance convection oven upgrade; insulation in the garage and quiet bathroom fans in all bathrooms. The developers have done a lousy job in incorporating sidewalks on the secondary roads, causing drivers to dodge pedistrians walking in the street. Shame on them. A new elementary school will open in the fall 1/2 mile away and I hope they improve road and sidewalk infrastructure before it opens. All the sales team is great. Stop by their showroom for a tour before this community sells out!
