Erin was incredible to work with. She immediately greeted the tow while we were there and quickly put together an estimate for us in a matter of 15 minutes. She called to ensure parts were in stock while we were sitting with her and provided us a timeline. Erin kept us in the loop the ENTIRE time, letting me know when additional damage was found, parts were needing to be sent, etc. Even though we were told our vehicle was going to be ready, parts (out of Trident's control) were delayed, delaying a day for us to pick it up and because of this, they even sent a car for my husband to be picked up at to take back to the shop. Overall- would 100% recommend. The professionality of this business, quick response, and impeccable work will have us recommending them. Thank you, Erin for your amazing customer service!
- CBCarolyn BurnsApr 22, 20255.0I own a Nissan Titan that has a cover for part of the undergirdle. As of last week half of it was broken off and then started dragging on the floor. I called them this morning, and they said to just bring it in. Within one hour I was told it can be reattached without buying a new part. I was in and out of there within an hour. I also got a quote for 2 tail light covers, and it was much more reasonable that Nissan. Very good service, and friendly people. I highly recommend this shop.
