Another three days passed before she responded again—this time with very little detail and no counteroffer. We waited an additional five days while both our listing agent and mortgage broker tried multiple times to reach her, all without any response. It wasn’t until our listing agent had to essentially badger her that she finally replied, only to say they weren’t accepting our offer as a backup. That’s something she easily could have communicated the first time she got back to us after presenting the offer. I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience of working with her and would not recommend her to anyone.
