Meanwhile it won't start and we are having thunderstorms. It's the first time I've needed their EA and they DROPPED the ball.. Oh, and on top of that they had just increased my monthly fee by 35%. Find someone else!

We identified a problem with how the generator was installed and Trevor contacted their office and got us scheduled for the modification. Then he came out when scheduled and completed the job for us. Hope to see Trevor again when our next generator service is due!

Said he had tried a process before with the same code…and it worked… proceeded to test restarting over and over again with no problems. Then he did the maintenance on the generator…changed plugs, oil and filter, and battery. Everything running smoothly…and did the same for my neighbor’s generator down the street
