  Tri State Pools Chattanooga is a great place for anything pool related! This is a family owned business and everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s nice to see the same faces every time! They installed our pump and heater, then came back to install a cover and winterize the pool. We are very happy with the service! Trustworthy staff and dependable too!

  Tri-state pools was very helpful in helping me pick out a hot tub for my Tennessee home. I live in Florida and they were able to help me and work with me and got everything installed. People were great helpful and nice to be around.

  I needed to upgrade my pool panel. Tyler not only helped me choose what I needed, he went above and beyond in providing me with the directions for the install. Once I had completed the upgrade, I was having one issue that I could not figure out. He worked with me over the phone and then came over after he got off from work to help me fix the problem. In the past I have used a few different pool supply stores. Moving forward, TriState is the only pool supply store that I plan on using. Anyone can sell you a bag of salt, or a part for your pool. It’s the excellent customer service and the professionalism that sets this store apart from the others that I have encountered in Chattanooga. I would highly recommend TriState to anyone who is looking for a quality, knowledgeable pool supply store!
