  I do not understand why the reviews on this company are misleading. I called for the first time today and was told that tiltle searches costs close to $500! That is ridiculous considering that all of the other companies I have called are much more reasonable.

  Bob was terrific! Not only did he assist me in a title matter, he went above and beyond. He went out of his way and did research without my asking to find information that I could not. He was very knowledgeable! He could have just had me sign a piece of paper, but he educated me on the process I was told I needed to do. He was honest and way more reasonably priced than anyone in the area. I highly recommend Tri-County Title Agency for any and all title things you need!

  Years ago I was purchasing a condo in the Westland area, I was initially working with a large corporate title company for the transaction but I was not happy with the lack of detailed information and customer service, I felt like just a number. I started looking around for a smaller mom and pop style title company, I wanted to fully understand the material and continue to learn about buying/selling on a more personal level. I stopped by Tri-County title and was met by Robert, (owner) his customer service was amazing, I have used him 4 times for property transactions since, not only has each experience been professional, but I have learned so much in the process due to the hospitable/personal experience, always willing to answer questions with a positive attitude. After my experiences with Robert & his sons @ Tri-County Title, I would not consider using another title company in the Detroit Metro area, save yourself the pain of working with a corporate style title company and give Robert a call, his team will take great care of you and your transaction.   Was looking to sell my condo by owner and chose Tri county title to manage the title work due to their long history in the business. I was also attempting to sell this condo from out of state and while I had renters there for. Few more months. Bob was so helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I. needed a company that would take the time to explain things to me and help out with the fact that I was out of state. Bob had the experience and the personal one on one "mentorship" that I was looking for. It was great to work with him. I'm so grateful to have found someone I trusted to look out for me in the whole process.
