  Please be cautious with TRICOUNTY Pool and Spa regarding SERVICE after the sale. I purchased a Hibiscus Silver Marble Artesian Spa in May 2018. Love the Spa, runs great. TRICOUNTY is in Fruitland Park. We are in Mount Dora, 25 miles away. When we purchased the Spa we were in their market area, no extra charge for delivery. We just decided to downsize and relocate in Mount Dora. On Tuesday April 30th I called TRICOUNTY to schedule a relocation to the new address. I spoke to a woman who confirmed with the service manager that a move could take place in two weeks for $300.00. We set a move date for Monday, May 13th in the afternoon. Just this morning, May 6th, I received a call from "Ray" at TRICOUNTY canceling the move. He said they were very busy and we were to far away to send a two man crew to move the Spa. There was nothing I could say or do that would change his mind. I offered after hours service, extra cash money for the movers, different day etc. The answer was always no. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. How did the world change in 6 days? Why couldn't they give me the courtesy of saying no immediately or the next day? WHY WAIT ALMOST A FULL WEEK TO CANCEL ON ME! I am selling my house on 5/14, one day after the orginally scheduled appointment. Now I must find someone who is available before 5/14 and today is 5/6. Like I said at the beginning we love the Spa. BE CAUTIOUS AS APPARENTLY THERE IS NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS WITH TRICOUNTY POOL AND SPA, FRUITLAND PARK, FLORIDA, State License CPC1457773. Barry C., MOUNT Dora, FL
