  First I’d like to say the property management staff was amazing. Jonathan knew my situation, and helped me out tremendously with effort and care and I couldn’t thank him and the staff enough. I’ve been living here for almost 2 months now, and it’s been absolutely amazing. I love the area, the amenities, and the people in the complex are nice. I’d recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment.

  Ann assisted me with my application and move-in process, and she was absolutely wonderful. I work in the industry myself, so I truly appreciate when someone takes pride in what they do and makes you feel at home before you’ve even moved in. That means a lot. Thank you, Ann, and Treviso team!

  At the end of my lease, I was hit with an unexpectedly high water bill. Despite multiple requests, management never provided documentation to justify the charges. To make it worse, they withheld my deposit to cover this unexplained bill. A friend who also lived here had the exact same issue with an inflated water bill, which makes this feel like a recurring problem. The lack of honesty, transparency, and accountability was extremely disappointing

  I truly enjoyed my time living at Treviso Grand! One of the biggest highlights for me was how quick and efficient the maintenance team was, any time I had an issue, it was resolved swiftly. The entire complex is very well maintained, especially the dog park and the pool, which quickly became my favorite spots. My golden retriever and I looked forward to our daily 6pm visits to the dog park, it was always a great time to connect with other residents (and their pups!). The pool area is beautiful and includes a fire pit and grill, which made for some perfect evenings. I also really appreciated the free car wash station with a vacuum and the convenience of a double carport. The amenities were top-notch, and the community itself was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Jon and Chiante in the front office for being super helpful and friendly. Treviso Grand truly made apartment living feel like home! -Hayley Sweeney
