  I hired Tres Bon Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners to come to my home for a simple job...clean 3 rooms of carpeting upstairs and stretch one room. This job should have taken 2-3 hours per the owner Steve. The "technician" he sent was here for almost 6 hours. At one point I walked in the kitchen and he was standing there playing on his phone. His machine, which he placed at the bottom of my stairs, leaked the entire time and warped my downstairs flooring. By the time I noticed it and ran upstairs to let him know (to which he replied "oh wow that shouldn't happen), the damage was done. The problem...they discontinued the flooring. It cannot be repaired without changing out the entire downstairs. One month later I have gotten 4 different stories from Steve the owner. He found some on Ebay...He found some in a warehouse in Slidell...he found a flooring installer that can "piece it together"...he found a similar product but not an exact match (as if)...and finally today he said just make an insurance claim.. Or make a claim with the flooring company, as it is "faulty flooring" and it is not negligence on his part. Oh and he also charged me for the job...and never stretched the carpeting. I had to call them back for that. As as a realtor, I have recommended this company to my clients for 18 years. This is a PSA, beware, NEVER use this company unless you want to risk damage that you will be responsible for!

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I have used this company in the past but the last time, 3 days ago, was a VERY TERRIBLE experience. The employee they have now tripped 3 breakers AND DID NOT TELL US, His machine started smoking and leaked water all over my floor so I gave him a towel which he left on the floor saturated with water. I gave them my $900.00 rug to be cleaned at their shop. When he returned the rug it was stained and ripped . The owner was totally defensive when I called to report the experience and made no effort to make it right. All I received were excuses; no accountability anywhere. The man was constantly on his phone with his wife making more excuses to me about his shotty work. I tested the carpet and the dirt I found was awful terrible. My husband and I are the only residents in a 4000 square foot home and we have no pets. I will post pictures here if I can, if not I will find somewhere to post.
