  We have used Trendset for years as our main supplier for all Hardscape materials and they have been the absolute best landscape supplier in Snohomish/King county. Extremely organized, friendly, quick, and helpful as well as top of the line customer service. However recently they have brought on a new manager and several of their best office employees have left the company. The new manager has been difficult to work with at times and has made multiple mistakes on our returns/orders. Additionally, wait times have gotten very long due to the inexperience of the new hires/ being understaffed. I am still giving 3 stars because their yard employees are incredible and Nate in the office is great as well. I am hopeful management will make corrections and improvements. Update 7/29/2025 - Management pulled me aside and made a very sincere apology and explained some of the hardships they have been dealing with and plans to make improvements. I truly appreciate the accountability and willingness to take criticism and make improvements. We will continue using Trendset and advising our clients to use their products.
