  I went to the business to seek help on repairing my broken cord on my shade. I was in and out within 5 minutes and no charge. I was very impressed with this service and the friendly attitude. I will be back to purchase in the future!

  Tyler and Ed came out to our condo in Glen Arbor (The Homestead) for a repair of two of the window blinds. They were so efficient with the repair. It was a pleasure to have two friendly, kind, and knowledgeable men do the job. I will definitely use this shop in the future. Thank-you.

  I used them 3 1/2 yrs ago for blinds/shutters for my new home, they did a great job. Called them for help ordering some extra large curtain rods for various bedrooms and was told the guy that handles this is on vacation out of the country and he would call me upon his return. No call from him after a couple weeks, so I called again he said the guy was behind in his work and was told he would call me in the next day or so…. That was 3 weeks ago…. Still no call. So I went else where…. You missed out on a huge sale … your business must be doing great, when you can just ignore customers. I would not recommend them.

  I only wish we could have done business with Trend. Andy came out to the house to measure for shades for 7 windows. We finalized brand, style, color and waited for a quote...and waited...and waited. After 2 phone calls to the store with promises that Andy would return our call (and never did), we moved on. Fortunately we went to Busters Blinds. They came out on a Thursday, had a quote on Friday and signed the contract that same afternoon.
