  I don't know where to begin. All I can say is buyer beware. We were told our kitchen countertops and cabinets would take, at most, 10 days. Ten months later and they're finally finished. Should you think that supply chain problems caused the delay, I can assure you that wasn't the case. They ordered the wrong size drawers and cabinet doors on 5 separate occasions. Don't bother trying to reach them over the phone. They won't answer. I've never felt more insulted and actively disregarded by a company. I know this seems like a quick and inexpensive update but it's not. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys.

  Worst experience we’ve ever had from a company. Multiple no shows and lack of communication from the local branch all the way up to the corporate office. We hired them to replace our countertops and backsplash but were only able to get the countertops somewhat completed. We gave them multiple chances to get it right but all we ever got was excuses. After two months of dealing with them, we’d had enough and had to hire someone else to finish the job. Also have not even heard back from the person we had spoken with in the corporate office since this happened, not even with an apology. I’ve called, texted, and emailed.
