  It’s disappointing that the new owners of Central Cycling (now Trek Bicycle Wenatchee) don’t honor the tune-up commitments made by the previous shop. I understand it’s technically a different company, but it’s clear you changed the name to avoid honoring previous commitments. You bought the business and its customer base, yet refuse to stand behind prior agreements. That shows you don’t value loyalty or returning customers. Because of this lack of responsibility and ethics, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

  Honestly pretty disappointed with my decision to buy from them. The customer service is lukewarm on their best day. I’ve walked in and been ignored more than once. If I’m spending $850 on a bike that doesn’t even come with a water bottle holder, I at least expect to be treated decently. Also, I’ve had to have the bike serviced twice since February for gears slipping. I wish I’d given my money to Arlberg, the sales people are at least kind. I’m not sure if the problem stems from poor management, but I like to shop where I feel welcome. Wenatchee Trek ain’t it.

  David Lilley Eros is Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on everything I ask him on e-bikes, electronics/speed and anything else on or with them. I came in looking to by one, maybe a townie, entry-level and after seeing all of the options and wanted something with more gears and room to grow with it. I ended up getting the FX+1 that offers a lot more and my own opinion looks awesome! Thank you Trek and Eros as im very happy with my new e-bike!
