  I Recently purchased carbon wheelset had it installed at Trek Waldorf. Very familiar with the store and most of the staff, each time I've been in the store everyone from Liz , Mike and of course Jesse are very Knowledgeable and diligent. However, Jesse did an outstanding job installing my new wheels and tires. The bike actually feels good and looks good. Highly recommend this location for service.

  My bike chain would not switch smoothly and the lady that worked there took care of the issue in less than five minutes and I'm riding smoothly. You're amazing. Thank you.

  They have bikes & equipment (over priced if you ask me). My husband asked 1 of the workers if they sold 4 inch tires & they said what's that? Do you have a picture? (They weren't kidding). Ummmm it's a BIKE SHOP how do you NOT know what 4 inch tires are 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I'll take my business somewhere else.
