They fix things properly the first time unlike many other bike shops in the area. The tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and the repair time was extremely reasonable. I even got my bike back the same day.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Pushed me to the bike that best suited my needs, not the most expensive one. Tried another bike shop and they did not question me about anything and pushed the most expensive model. Very happy with Trek!
