  There are a lot of bike shops in the area, but Trek has consistently had the best staff. Kimberly was incredibly helpful and great with my kids. Shout out to Michael and Donovan as well.

  I went there to pick up my bicycle, and the first thing I noticed was how amazing the store smelled! I was warmly greeted by Kim, who provided exceptional customer service. She explained everything clearly, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and made sure I had everything I needed. I finally feel like I’ve found a place that truly knows their stuff. The customer service is a solid 20/10. The store is clean, well-organized (my OCD didn’t even flinch!), and overall just a pleasant place to be. Oh, and I love my bike! Thank you, Kim, and the rest of the team!

  Outstanding service at Trek Bicycle in Tukwila! Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority here. Michael and Kim were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left confident and happy with my purchase. All types and sizes of bikes are available with a ton of accessories and gear including clothing, and shoes. There could be a little bit of wait as they’re busy in service and sales side but worth it.. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for expert advice and great customer care.
