  We'll all the guys are super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Its obvious they love what they do. So as a OG Dad who lost patience with my teenagers BMX bike which might be worth a stick of gum and 50 cents, they treated me like a person bringing a $5K bike that they might normally service. Scott was amazing, put a new chain on in 10 minutes and I was gone, fun to converse with and just answered random questions I had about thier bike business and industry. Being in the service industry and having a Dad who owned a Auto shop growing up, I would encourage those considering a new purchase or on going maintenence for high end road bicycles to go see these folks, just for how they treat every person that walks through the door with world class attention and service.

  Folks are very professional and courteous, while not giving you or conveying any sort of feeling of trying to squeeze money out of you like other shops (remain unnamed …cough cough ….Bikeland). Went to Bikeland to buy another Giant bike for my youngest and felt like I was being taken to the cleaners, even though I’ve been a long time customer they left me walking out without purchasing anything and walking over to Trek (where I usually get my Canyon FS bike serviced) after seeing that the 20” bike was on sale and then almost the same cost. No-brainer.

  The bike technicians are competent, friendly and proper sensible recommendations. My new chain snapped and it was cheerfully replaced.

  Love this local shop for all our biking needs. They have large range of bikes from road and mtn. to electric and more. Lots of accessories/clothing, as well. Friendly staff and great service. So happy to have a real dedicated bike shop in The Woodlands!

  Cycling is very important to my wife and I. We invest quite a bit of time , money, and effort to ride road and trail. Without Mark , Stan Lee , and the other very helpful staff at Trek Woodlands , our most valued outdoor activity would not be as good, enjoyable, or successful. True professionals. Again thanks Mark!!!
