An item I wanted was special ordered for me and the warehouse delayed me many days, Brian called me daily with updates on my order/delays and offered to remediate the situation with many alternatives. Fortunately he was able to find a solution and even offered to delivery my bike to my doorstep - actually walked it into my garage for me (I live 45 minutes from the store) so I was very pleased with his resourcefulness and determination to not make me drive to the store a second time for my bike.

Trek is very popular and it an be difficult to find the model you are looking for but Stirling has a better selection than most shops in the area. This is a great location with a suitable parking lot and a safe area for test rides. I would fully recommend this shop to any Trek rider
