He showed me how to replace the tube and all the tricks to make sure it doesn’t pop and is inflated properly. The staff at the store are really wonderful. I highly recommend going here for service. We have also been in three times talking to the staff about E bikes. That’s our next purchase.

They did not repair it and they did not offer me any help. Frankly, they do not treat customers with respect. They think that they are the ones who have a shop. I repaired it in another shop at a reasonable price and with good treatment. But here, they do not care about you as a customer. They only sell you things and when you need the simplest things, they do not help you. They forget that you have been a customer for years

First time buying something other than a Walmart bike, so was a little unsure, but Jay gave me great advice on selecting a bike model, equipping it for how I was going to use it, and installing everything I needed. He even gave me a crash course on bike maintenance and breaking in process. This will be my bike shop for as long as I’m here!
