  I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the shop. I bought a bike over the weekend second hand and brought it in the same day. It was running on flats and I wasn’t too sure about the condition of the other components. This was the only shop that would look at the bike same day, especially on a weekend. I brought it in. They figured out I didn’t need much of anything at all. Just a small tuneup and some air in the tires. Crazy thing is they didn’t even wanna charge me. I had to twist the guy’s arm to let me tip him $20. Highly recommend this shop.

  the team at trek was awesome- i worked w mike b and andrew joy, and the store manager was also very helpful and escalated the assembly of my new purchase as he could tell how excited i was. mike was able to get me the best bike for my activities as i outgrew my other bike for longer rides. thank you trek team i am really happy with my purchase

  Outstanding Service – Trek Springfield Went Above and Beyond I’m currently home from Europe, visiting the area for a few weeks, and needed a road bike to ride with a friend during my stay. I reached out to several local bike shops, but was shocked to find most wanted hundreds of dollars just to rent a bike for the morning. When I called Trek Springfield, I wasn’t expecting much since they don’t advertise rentals—but to my surprise, they said, “This is what our company is all about.” That one sentence set the tone for everything that followed. Mike and the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They took the time to understand what I needed and ended up loaning me a beautiful Trek Domane—nearly identical to the one I ride back home in the Netherlands. Their generosity and professionalism made it possible for me to enjoy an unforgettable ride through scenic Bucks County. Thanks to Trek Springfield, I had one of the best mornings of my trip. I’m sincerely grateful for their support and hospitality. These guys absolutely came through in a big way, and because of that, I’ll be a Trek customer for life.   We had a great experience at Trek! They quickly repaired my teenage son’s bike — including fixing a serious issue that made it incredibly unsafe to ride — and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my son’s safety. They even refused payment for the quick repair, which was above and beyond. I highly recommend their repair and retail services — truly top-notch!
