  I own three Trek bikes and absolutely love the brand — they’re top quality and have always performed great. Unfortunately, the experience at the South Bay Trek store hasn’t matched the brand’s reputation. A couple of guys in the service department come off as arrogant and dismissive, like they’re above helping regular riders. It’s off-putting and makes you feel talked down to instead of supported. It’s a shame because the store is close to my house, and the convenience would be great — but I can do without the attitude.

  I didn't buy anything during my visit, but Pat was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Definitely recommend coming here
