  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I dropped my bike off for a tune-up and chain replacement. The total cost was $123, and the turnaround time was about a week. When I came to pick it up, I brought my mom along, and the staff was very helpful, they even let her test ride a bike. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the store itself is clean and well-organized. I also love that they have a list of local trails for people to ride on. I’d definitely recommend this shop and plan to return to purchase a bike for my mom!

  From someone who is over our survey culture and believes we are entirely over surveyed strong arming those on the receiving end to always “strive for 10’s” or else and believes you can get more by your returning customers than what you could ever get from a survey…. I felt obligated to complete this survey as a new and future repeat customer at the Schererville store. The staff made a through and through amazing experience and are well deserving of praise! The start of my experience began with a whim stop at the store with no clue what I wanted besides a bike. Barry spent at least 45 minutes with me showing me bike after bike, diligently answering questions, making recommendations, waiting as I test rode a few, and ultimately narrowing my focus to the bike I later purchased. Not wanting to rush my decision I came back several weeks later after doing the online financing and was helped by Clay who like Barry, was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Bike ordered, delivered, and two more visits for accessories and a car mount. Everything delivered as promised, communication was fantastic, and everyone I encountered at the shop was welcoming, helpful, and great to work with! Over all the “vibe” in the store really felt like the staff are all passionate about biking and their work. Thanks for a great experience!

  Stopped in on a Saturday to browse the different bike styles. I spoke with Tim and described the characteristics in what I was looking for in a bike. Taking his recommendation, I was "fitted" for a FX (hybrid) model and out on a trial ride on the PGW trail that runs behind the store. I was sold on the smooth ride and transition between gears. When I picked the bike up, I had removed the front tire to fit it into the SUV. I ended up leaving the tire out in front of the store, which I didn't realize until I got home about 45 minutes later. I called back into the store and Maddie found the tire right where I left it. She secured the tire, tagged it and I was able to pick it up the next morning. After riding the bike for a week, I spoke with Clay and asked for some assistance with the gear display. He stopped what he was doing and walked me through the operation. What I learned from my experiences with store associates over the past week is that they are professional, take the time necessary to answer your questions, and Maddie is a work horse when it comes to servicing and tuning up bikes. Thanks for a great experience Tim, Maddie and Clay!

  I have purchased 3 bikes from them and they are fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I found some cracks on my rear wheel and I called the store. Clay answered my call and quickly research the wheel and availability, I heard it could take months to locate a new wheel. Clay check and said he would have one in a few days. They called several days later and said it was in and all I needed was to bring my bike in to switch it out. They did it while I waited that’s switching out the tire, the cassette, and the disc brake. They are great thanks for the help.
