  Trek Bicycle Santa Rosa is my go-to shop—hands down. Their service is top-notch: friendly, honest, and always looking out for the customer. I’ve purchased my last two bikes here and had them serviced as well. Every experience has been smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend!

  A worker there was riding behind me near the store, and my beat old bike was in need of lubrication in the chain. I'm not a good bike owner, and it apparently pained this guy to hear my chain in need of lubrication. He offered to just lubricate the bike chain for me. I took him up on it, and there was zero pressure to move up from my beater bike. He genuinely just wanted to help my bike along a little. Once he lubricated the chain for me, he was like, "Have a nice evening." He didn't just want to get me into the store. I take it that he genuinely loved bikes and hated to see a bike treated like I treat mine. Those guys are the real deal. That was actually a couple of years ago. And then just the other day I went in there and Phil did a free little quick thing for me. It was a super quick fix for him and he just did it on the spot, without charge. Definitely the place to go.
