Him and his team have been extremely helpful. Typically getting me in and out. The store looks great and the vibe feels like a local Bike Shop again.

- SFScott FennSep 26, 20255.0I had two terrific experiences at this Trek store today! First was with Devin. He greeted me as I walked in the store, eager to help. Although he didn't have the helmet I wanted in stock, he located one in a local store, called to confirm they had one, and asked them to hold it for me. The bracket for the helmet is on backorder so he ordered one for me and will call me once it arrives. Nick is one of the bicycle technicians and was also very eager to help me. I was looking for a Shimano end cap socket. They too were all on back order. Because he was unwilling to tell me he couldn't help me, ee went out on a limb for me and got permission to part ways with an excess in dealer stock. I've visited this bike shop in the past and this visit was consistent in that the entire staff are totally focused on a high level of customer service, period! This is a great bike shop and is centrally located on 281 just North of the airport.
