I was truly blown away with how kind and knowledgeable each of the several staff members I met were. Now I’m back on my bike after it sat and collected dust for way too long, and I’m so grateful!

I’m glad I saw on their building they do service because I was at a loss. However, Trek in downtown SLC was able to repair my bike in the time I needed it for work. So, they just got me as a customer in the future. 👍 my bike feels better than before and runs smoother it seems. Love the work they did 🥳
- GKGreg KellySep 19, 20255.0Best bike shop in SLC hands down. They do a great job with service and everyone has been great to me. They work on all brands and they will service your bike within a day or give you a loaner! My only regret is not purchasing my last Trek here.

My expectations for a same day (and same time!) fix were low, but Luke (mechanic) immediately started taking apart the crank and got everything working properly again. 10/10 experience and service.
