  The guys at Trek Sacramento took amazing care of my bike! I traveled from NY and they reassembled my bike out of the travel bike box, and meticulously serviced my bike to make sure it is race-ready for Ironman. I was very nervous about potential mechanical failures on the race course and they all took extra care to go over everything with a fine-tooth comb to make sure all was in order. It was such a pleasure to deal with them and they all gave me tremendous confidence in the way they serviced my bike. I'd recommend this store, and the guys who work in the service department, to anyone who is traveling with a bike or needs general bike maintenance.Thank you!!!

  I visited Trek Sacramento in a complete panic. My shifting wasn't working after a long flight in for Ironman. They accommodated me and were nothing but kind, professional and efficient. Thank you so much!

  We have been long time Trek customers and my daughter’s 16inch bike tires needed replaced. This store in Sacramento was the nearest retail store to us (2hours) with the tires in stock. Larry helped assist me in getting the tires sent out to me, it was quick and easy and were shipped out that same day. I will definitely be coming back for more bike and accessories in the future, thank you!

  The nicest group of individuals! You can easily tell how much care is taken in handling your bike! The store layout is well-organized and stocked. I will refer all of my friends!
