  These guys have helped me out on multiple occasions. I have walked in with a problem, or tool I didn't have, and walked out 5 minutes later with my bike working again. Trek sets the pricing for merchandise in the store, and it is what it is, but I have nothing but praise for the staff here. Glad this shop is here!

  Oliver and Chris are amazing. Oliver helped me out on short notice by aligning the chain on my new bike after it started skipping, and spent ~15 minutes explaining the whole system to me so that I could understand the issue and how to troubleshoot at home if I wanted to. He got my bike fixed up on the spot in no time and was incredibly willing to help. Beforehand, Chris spent ~20 minutes with me talking through different options for a new bike and helping me determine which model best fit my needs. Trek Rockville - your staff is incredible!!
