We’re conveniently located right next to the Meadowood Mall, where we’re proud to service the entire valley. We’re also lucky to be near some awesome places to ride, like the Lake Tahoe loop, Truckee Bike Park, the Tahoe-Pyramid Trail, and more!

- THTED HARRISOct 11, 20255.0I took my Trek E bike into the store today with an error code that I couldn’t clear. I was greeted by Mike who was very friendly and helpful. He guided me to the service area and introduced me to Julie who was equally friendly and helpful. She quickly got to work and figured out what the problem was, explaining what she was doing as she worked. Julie then recommended I take the bike for a quick ride around the parking lot to confirm all was good before I headed home. This is by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in any bike shop. A big thank you to Trek Bicycle Reno and your amazing staff. Cheers. Ted.

There was only one within reasonable distance available in my size, and it happened to be in Las Vegas. Thanks to Jeremy, we were able to have it transferred to Reno - then, funny enough, I ended up moving to Las Vegas myself! Jeremy and Mike were so helpful throughout the process. You’re all wonderful, and I’m sorry I didn’t get the chance to stop in and say goodbye before the move! We miss you Trek Bicycle Reno!!

- CRChristian ReesOct 1, 20255.0My needs aren't even for a bike, but for my Tltboard EV and Trek Bicycle in Reno consistently outdoes themselves by swapping components, getting me accessories outfitted and giving me ideas for accessories they don't even carry in store. To me, that is the best service in town. Many other bike shops in town refused to sell me anything, or refused to swap components/repairs on my tlboard "because we only do bikes" but a floating caliper brake is the same whether it's on a bike, a dirt bike, or an EV contraption. I'll continue to go to Trek Bicycle for all of my needs in this category - bikes or not!
