  Hats off to the guys at Trek Holly Park! I took my bike in after having issues with a DT Swiss hub upgrade and service, and the team (especially John) worked with me on the spot for nearly 1.5 hours to diagnose and fix the issue! Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job fixing a tricky problem. Thanks for getting me back on the trails, I’ll be back for future service!

  As always, Matt and the Holly Park team took care of my issues quickly. They know EVERYTHING and take the time and patience to answer my questions. I always bring my bike back to them because I totally trust their judgement and they don't upsell me unnecessarily. Just a friendly, great group of guys!

  Thank you to all that got my Ebike up and running. They did a full cusomter service workup along with Tire and Tube. They still helped to adjust some things that I wanted to see happen after the main issue was fix. They went above and beyond service and were spectacular!!!!

  I came across the incredible reviews for this shop and I'm so glad I decided to check them out - they definitely lived up to the hype! As a newcomer to biking, I recently purchased a used Cannondale Quick 5 from a Play It Again Sports in the area. I brought it in to have it checked over and ensure everything was in good condition. Joel was incredibly informative and attentive to every detail, answering all my "newbie" questions with patience and expertise. He provided great recommendations for what needed to be done (tune-up, cleaning, new chain and cassette), all at a very reasonable price. I’m excited to be riding my gently used bike again like it’s brand new, and to return again in the future!
