Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. Replacement/repair was done quickly, while I waited.

I came in with not a small task and a next day deadline, and Roger was able to get it done. I appreciate that A LOT. Most shops in town can't pull that off. While Trek is a big entity, this is still a local shop with local people, and they do great work.
