  Went there for a repair. They were straightforward about what my bike needed. Suggested replacing the needed 'part' with a slightly different type and explained why. Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need. Replacement/repair was done quickly, while I waited.

  Justin and his team were exceptionally responsive and generous with their time in helping my family get set up with the Fetch 4. It's a beast of a bike and we were nervous it wasn't going to be powerful nor nimble enough to handle our hilly commute. They helped us figure out how to make it work for us, and so far the bike has exceeded our expectations.

  It's pretty incredible that a bike can be dropped off and picked up the next day for a service order (within reason). I came in with not a small task and a next day deadline, and Roger was able to get it done. I appreciate that A LOT. Most shops in town can't pull that off. While Trek is a big entity, this is still a local shop with local people, and they do great work.
