  We had such a great experience with the Trek team. We bought a new bike for our 4 year old (his big brother got a Trek bike over a year ago) who was very excited for his first big kid bike. The employee we worked with was knowledgable and kind, helping us pick just the right bike. We were told it would need to be built, and that training wheels would need to be ordered, and that they'd call us when it was ready. A week later, it turns out that there was a mistake with the order--honest error, could have happened to anyone. They called and communicated the problem clearly and apologetically, and then went above and beyond to get us the right bike with the right parts immediately--and just in time for a big bike event the kids were excited for. They wouldn't even let us pay for the training wheels, as an apology for the mix-up. When the kids arrived to pick up the bike, they made my 4 year old feel so special, with a first bike certificate and a badge. We are so impressed by this team's kindness and hard work, and so thankful for all they did. Even without the special treatment, we would recommend this store because the bikes are quality and the customer service is always good--but the really wonderful ways the team helped us made my kid's day and made our whole family feel so well cared for. I definitely recommend this business.

  Please consider opening Sundays then taking Monday/Tuesday off. Great mechanics but this east end staple is closed on one of the most popular riding days when we need to stop in.

  It's nice to be treated nice. I wo ent into the shop for a couple of frame mounting screws to finish up a home bike project. A small no profit transaction for the shop, but I was still treated pleasantly.

  This review has been a long time coming. Every time I've been to this place its been a great experience. Quickly and correctly identify problems when I bring my bike in and make fixes that last. Professional & knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming environment. Bought my e-bike from them during a sale and love it to death.
