  It was my first time going in there and they were so kind and greeting. They fixed up my busted tire and it only took 5 minutes a quick and easy process 🙌🏽 Good service!!

  Hala helped me upgrade from my AL 2 to the SL 6 and made the whole process smooth and easy. She explained the differences clearly and showed great product knowledge. Britney, the store manager, made me feel confident about leaving my old bike with them to transfer everything over. Excellent customer service and a very professional, knowledgeable team!

  This place reminds me of how customer service used to be. Someone greets you at the door, they look you in the eye when they’re talking to you (not at their phone), they’re happy to help, and they’re knowledgeable. And they’re NOT bike snobs! They don’t look down their noses at my 1984 Schwinn Traveler. I would highly recommend for anyone with any bike.
