  It was my first visit today Oct 28th. Folks, when you step in to the door you can tell at the first sign that these people wanna do business with you or not ! I didn’t get any quotes nor promises to repair my bike and no recommendations either. So took my bicycle out and not coming back to this business.

  Even though I no longer have a Trek, this is my go to shop for maintenance. They take the time to listen and work with me to determine the best maintenance plans to meet my needs. The work is good and I appreciate the review they don’t me when I pick it up.

  I’ve stopped by the Trek Palmer location a handful of times and I’ve never been let down. Each time I’ve gone in I’ve been met with friendly faces, knowledgeable advice and quality service. I know that each time I step in the store the crew will take care of my bike needs one way or another. Gamble and Ben specifically have been great to work with and will no doubt steer people in need in the right direction

  We stopped by the Trek store last weekend and were helped by Gamble. We’re fairly new to the area, and my wife was looking for a bike she could enjoy around the neighborhood and on some local trails. She was a little nervous, as it had been about five years since she’d last ridden. Gamble was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure she found the right fit. He walked us through several options, made adjustments for her comfort, and encouraged her to take a test ride around the parking lot. Even with a busy store, we never felt rushed or pressured to buy. It truly felt like we had his full attention. Thanks, Gamble, for making what could have been a stressful experience into a fun and positive one!
