They were super knowledgeable and give me tips on how to do some things on my own in the future. I feel like my bike, that is very special to me, was in good hands, they even remebered who I was and which bike was mine when I walked in. I would definitely go here again when I need to..
- KPKira ParkerMay 26, 20255.0I came in with my girlfriend’s bike that was having trouble shifting front gears and i was hoping for a quick derailleur adjustment. Curtis put the bike on the stand and gave me a run down on why things weren’t shifting smoothly even after adjusting both derailleurs. He gave me my options and I left feeling more informed on the next steps to take for this bike. While Curtis was working on that bike, I took a glance around the shop and a certain gravel bike caught my eye. Unfortunately i had not a lot of time, so I left without investigating further. However for the next 24 hours, I couldn’t stop thinking about that bike. I went back in the next day (1hr before closing on Memorial Day weekend). Curtis was there again and we had some good discussions about the bike and other bikes in comparison. I took a few out on a test ride and settled on the original bike (Trek Sport FX). Although the whole process took us past their closing time, I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. Thank you to Curtis for my new super fast commuter bike.

Carina took the time to answer all our questions and find any additional information we wanted to know about the bike. When we returned the next day, the gentleman who was working (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was just as considerate and helpful. He took care of all the details easily and efficiently, and wasn’t bothered at all by my little one putting safety cones around the store while we finalized the purchase. He even held the final items for us since we rode the bike right out of the shop. He took the time to walk me through the basics so I felt confident loading my two kids onto this amazing ride, and off we went. When we returned the third day to pick up our waiting items, the whole staff was excited and enthusiastic for us. I wish I would be in the market for a bike regularly, because I’d do business at this store happily!
