We told them we were from out of town. They ended up not working. He called to ship them back & get the wider one. They didn't have that one. He stated he would just ship them back & requested a refund. They stated that they had to have the actual credit card to do the refund. WHAT? We live 4 hours away!!! We had to drive back to OKC to return them. They should have told us that detail. It's very hard to believe in this day age their system can't accept the credit card number typed into their system. Is this a Trek policy or store policy.
