  World Class Customer Service at its finest which includes researching a new E-Bike, fixing and tuning your existing bicycle or purchasing a new bike! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy staff! Couldn’t be happier with repairing my 25 year old Gary Fisherr Mountain Bike! Riding and operating better than new with the technician tire and gearing upgrades! Highly recommended! You wouldn’t be disappointed!!

  I worked with them on a warranty replacement for my older Trek Navigator 2.0 and they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. They went way above and beyond to not only track down my info but also made the replacement seamless and way faster than I expected. I will be recommending them and Trek for this outstanding experience. Thank you for all you do!

  I had an amazing experience at Trek Bicycle in Okemos! The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left feeling confident about my bike and gear. It’s so refreshing to be treated with such care and attention. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!
