  1st time customer that walked into this location in East Chase on 8/6/2025 looking for a bike for my son. I experienced the worst & rudest customer service. I didn't know what size bike my son needed. The employee asked if he knew his inseam. I said " no, what child does. He stated " what does he know'" in the most sarcastic way. You lost a sale & will gladly purchase elsewhere. In the era we are living, companies can't afford to have rude & sarcastic employees. There are plenty of local businesses & in addition to online companies that sell the same things that are sold in your store!! If I could give you 0 out 5 stars I would.

  Red headed lady has a real attitude problem! Last thing I expected was to walk in there, cash in pocket, leaving in less than 7 minutes with the mindset that I will NEVER step foot back in there. Check your attitude lady, it's not everyone else's fault you hate life.
