  We went in to buy a bike for me and for my wife, and they fit us well with Treks that they had in stock, and Consumer Reports totally agreed on the bike shop staff’s recommendations!

  Over the weekend, I visited the store and was warmly greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable young man named Christopher, who provided outstanding support. While they didn’t have the item I was searching for, I ended up buying two other items instead. I highly recommend this store and am excited to shop there again soon. Thanks for the fantastic experience!

  I brought back a few bikes for legitimate reasons. A used electric mountain bike that was breaking the chain when taking off from a stop, a veil go that would not go 28 mph, towny go the flat foot technology will cause knee pain. And a Floyd blue FX2 that pulls to the right. When I wanted to test ride the red FX2 John F (Jf28) Said I'm no longer allowed to test ride bikes there due to returns. This is not Trek's policy this is John f's policy. Beware of the Floyd blue FX2 medium that's for sale at the store. It pulls to the right. It's sad because people like John f. Can be the downfall of Trek I kept two bikes I purchased within the last year. The only reason I'm wanting one now is because one was a large and I should have gotten a medium

  Very professional start to finish. They repaired one of my bikes and I purchased another one. I love the Trek brand and I am very loyal mostly in part to the quality service I get from the Mandeville, Louisiana Trek store and the high-quality of the bicycles from the factory.

  After being ignored at Trek Elmwood we went to this location and was greeted immediately by Jonathan. Answered all our questions and inquiries about bike features. Didn't really plan on a new bike but they had a rare, end of the year 54cm Trek Domane SL6 that I had to have. Thanks for your knowledge, time and effort that made my 3 hour trip from home worth it....with a new Bike!
