- JBJeff BoldtAug 26, 20255.0I just bought a Speed Concept bike from Trek Bicycle Madison West, love the bike, and am loving the experience working with their team. Jake Jones helped me trick it out to be a triathlon weapon, which it is. Two days ago in my first triathlon with the SC bike I had the fastest bike split in my age group by over 2 minutes at the sprint distance. I decided on Bontrager wheels for training and for my front race wheel because they did very well in independent wind tunnel testing and have hooked rims. Jake also got me a DT 1100 disc wheel rapidly, which also has hooked rims and is beautiful. Mike Wodyn did a great job on my fitting, which is fast and just meets UCI regulations. Mike is now setting up my indoor bike in the identical position. Their whole team is great to work with!
