They readily accepted a return on a light because I upgraded to radar light. They gave free advice.I also enjoy the Ride app and Trek radar app. I also like the free coffee.The staff is eilling to look up Trek website app to find aproduct.Great store and friendly knowledgable staff.

- TTTom TagueJul 24, 20255.0The sales person was the best. She made sure to get me in the bike that was best for me. The FX3 is a wonderful bike. I personally could not feel any difference in performance between the FX3 and FX5. The 5 is lighter, but rode very similarly for me.
