  Johnnie is a great Service manager and is blessing to the company Trek and community he and the fellas serve.Lets all pray for brutha Robby' the great.bike mechanic he is for a quick recovery,from his Cycle accident,Jack and Mike and the other nice floor guy are great people persons that can sl in a wrench in a quick second,to get you on your way,riding out the door,happy as clam,not.in a hot pot.GOD Bless Johnie and the Crew at TREK,They are my Batman pit Stop crew,that keeps me on the road,to good for others and to protect the Older younger and meeksters that don't stand up for what is right THIS IS batman for JESUS.ps go and doing something good for a less fortunate one.Paul Maximus

  All staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am a complete newcomer to the bicycle world and they treated me with respect, didn’t try to upsell me, and explained everything they were doing. Definitely recommend and will be back

  Staff are extremely helpful; my bike repair needed a last-minute adjustment when I came in to get it and the staff went beyond expectations to get it done.
