  I moved here from out of state and brought my bike in for assembly, hoping for a smooth start on new roads. Unfortunately, the experience was more pothole than pavement. From the first ride, the gears hesitated like they were debating life choices. When I mentioned it, I was met with the kind of patronizing confidence usually reserved for explaining clipless pedals to toddlers. Apparently, I just didn’t understand how my own drivetrain worked. I had it inspected later and was confirmed what my quads already knew — the job was done poorly. The derailleur was misaligned, indexing off, and the tune-up more theoretical than functional. In short, the shop’s customer service was all downhill, minus the fun speed. I wanted to find my go-to local spot, but instead got a reminder that not every “expert” rides at the same cadence. If something feels off, trust your instincts — not the smirk behind the service counter.

  Ethan had the skills and tools to resolve a complicated issue on my Trek Cronus. He thoroughly described the problem, the necessary work, and the timeline - and then he followed through exactly as advertised. He was also able to get the work completed as a warranty issue. The kind treatment and professional service were greatly appreciated.

  I highly recommend the Trek store at 1605 Village Market Blvd, Leesburg. and my recommendation is thanks to Phil, Alex and Ethan who are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They helped me get out the door with a great quality, affordable new bike. I will be going back later for accessories. Fun place!
