  My first recent and distant engagement with the Lakeville Trek bike shop was great; they were easy to deal with over the phone, even though I imagine it wasn't an everyday occurrence for them. My wife and I have decided to give up bike riding, as our age (77 & 78) and our balance no longer made it conducive to riding bikes. So, we decided to try shipping my wife's bike to them to have it reassembled and tweaked so it was ready for my sister to enjoy for years. Apparently, it will cover many miles along the bike path by the Cape Cod Canal. At every step, they followed through on my requests. When the bike was ready to be handed over to my sister, they explained the operations of a bike that was "generations" above the one she was using. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing bike care and maintenance or buying a new one. Great staff, easy to work with. Tell Emliy the guy from WI said HI!

  The store Manager Emily is great. She is very kind and very knowledgeable and hands on. Great to be able to talk shop about the industry with her as she knows the ins and outs of the Trek brand .

  I purchased a beautiful Trek Farley 9.6 fat bike after not riding for many years. Emily was so amazing she gave support and reassurance about my lack of confidence. She was extremely knowledgeable and no question was a dumb question. She was also willing to grant me a payment plan after a sizable down payment. The great news is that it all came back to me on my maiden voyage and it brought all the memories back when I was a kid. The only thing that is needed is a little stretching. All that said I would absolutely purchase all my cycling needs with Emily and there is no better shop for all things bike!! Stop by and say hello to Emily for all purchases and maintenance needs!!

  I have been a customer of Trek's in Lakeville since I bought my Trek in 2019. I cannot tell you how kind, courteous and professional the staff are. They do great tune ups - but it's really the little things - like taking a quick look at my bike when the chain ran off the gear - no charge! And most recently - I purchased a Rocky Mount Bike Rack - and unfortunately had to wait over a month to get the trailer hitch attached to my car. They couldn't have been nicer storing the rack for me - and again - no worries about payment, etc. When I did go in on Thursday - Emily attached the rack herself and then did not charge me for her service. I can't say enough about this bike shop - they are THE PLACE to go on the SouthCoast for bikes and service. Thank you! Joanne M. New Bedford

  I don’t think I have ever written a review for anything but I had to in this case . I had my Trek tuned and updated this past week and it rides like new - great work
