Stopped by today, Oct 22, about 3:00 PM with a broken bike. Went in a told Mike my problem. He went out to my car, got my bike out took it inside, fixed my problem and put my bike back it my car. He said the problem was easy for him so he did not charge me. It was not an easy problem for me or I would not have taken it there. I could not be more pleased. Thank you to Mike and Chris for running this business.

Gears were messed up, they got them back on track and adjusted in no time at all while I waited. Then put my new seat on and adjusted to fit for more comfort. Highly recommend!

I went in for new tubes and seat post and I was told that they will add a “Level 1 Service” and that I needed a new chain, so I said okay. On Trek’s website, level 1 service is described as “brake and gear adjustment, headset adjustment, bottom bracket adjustment, and complete bike wash and lube”. I just got the bike back with the new tubes, chain, and seat post. But the bike is still dirty, the sprockets are still gunked with sand and old grease. Doesn’t look like anything was washed or lubed. I’m not sure what I was charged $89.99 for. They seem like nice guys, but they didn’t do the service they charged me for. If you bring your bike in, I advise you don’t let them add the Level 1 Service. Pictures are after I got the serviced bike back.
