I came in to the Lake Mary store at 5:40 PM on a Saturday afternoon, close to the closing time of the store, the staff was very welcoming and took care of a flat tire for me that otherwise would have been postponed for some time. They were caring and cheerfully engaged with me on any questions I had as well. Thank you!

I had a budget I wanted to stick around but was willing to explore other options. Ended up deciding on a bike using his knowledge, and he gave tips for hitch installation, bike racks, etc. Very friendly and the best customer service I've had in a long time from a shop of any sort!
