He was able to let us test different models and when the original purchase did not meet my needs, we were able to easily exchange it and pay the difference for the new option, which I have enjoyed a lot more. My specific sport is triathlon, and after researching all the fancy bikes out there, I landed on the Trek Madone. I was not at all disappointed. First of all, you can actually go into a physical location and touch and see the bike. From there, being able to talk shop with super knowledgeable cyclists who work there, felt invaluable to me. The whole team, but namely Leon, have assisted me on my cycling journey in a major way. Leon seriously knows his stuff and is always going above and beyond to help me. Looking forward to buying a Speed Concept in the near future.
