I drove to Trek in La Mesa and both the store and Leon are awesome! The minute I walked in, I was greeted genuinely, warmly, Leon asked what I needed, solved the issue with the bike, and took the time to answer my questions, walk me through his store and educate me on who the company is and all that they have to offer.Thank you Leon and you and Trek will have me as a life long customer!

I was ready to spend money and get a shoes that fit and they failed to ask questions or give me any options, on top of that I waited 20 min to ask a question about some shorts I wanted to buy and maybe and try out and was totally ignored. Terrible service do better

My specific sport is triathlon, and after researching all the fancy bikes out there, I landed on the Trek Madone. I was not at all disappointed. First of all, you can actually go into a physical location and touch and see the bike. From there, being able to talk shop with super knowledgeable cyclists who work there, felt invaluable to me. The whole team, but namely Leon, have assisted me on my cycling journey in a major way. Leon seriously knows his stuff and is always going above and beyond to help me. Looking forward to buying a Speed Concept in the near future.
