  Been visiting this store for 3 years now when I head over to Houston for the Bike Around The Bay Event the staff have always been really good i've had mechanicals which could have prevented me riding but they fitted me in and got on the road quickly, very friendly staff with good product knowledge....they even do a good cup of coffee

  We ordered a $800.00 bike for our son’s 10th birthday and told the sales person we needed it by Oct 7th 2025. He said “ it will be in by the 7th”. So we paid half and ordered it. I called on the 7th at 1230pm and the person said it wasn’t in yet and he didn’t have control over delivery. If it didn’t come in they would give us a refund. I told him the only reason we ordered the bike was because the sales man said it would be there on time. Talk about saying whatever it takes to make a sale! DON’T BUY FROM TTHEM IF IT’S A SPECIAL OCCASION AND NEED THE MERCHANDISE BY A SPECIFIC DATE!!!!!!!
