- PJPatrick JohnsonOct 1, 20251.0⭐☆☆☆☆ This review is not about the bikes or the store itself, but about the customer service I received from an older lady who treated me like I didn’t have the money to buy a bike. She was very short with me and dismissive, which was surprising because on a previous visit a gentleman helped me, took his time, and explained everything about a bike I was interested in. When I came back and asked her if she could pull up the same bike again, she flat out told me no, then quickly said “sorry” and that she couldn’t help. That’s not acceptable customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this store to minorities if that same young lady is still working there, because the experience was disrespectful. Other than that, the store and the products themselves seem fine, but the way I was treated ruined the experience.
