  Awesome quick fix to a bike I had put together but wasn't rideable. Trek got me back on the pavement with some minor adjustments.

  I recently spoke with Jeremy via phone about trading in my Specialized bike toward a new Trek model. He offered a trade-in value of just $50, which felt dismissive and unnecessarily insulting, especially since he didn’t even ask what model I had. I understand there can be a bit of rivalry between Trek and Specialized owners, but that should never get in the way of professional customer service. If the store doesn’t accept Specialized bikes for trade, a simple and honest explanation would have been more respectful. Given their 4.8-star rating, I expected better service.

  Jeremy listened to my bike needs and found me the perfect match. He explained all the details of the bike thoroughly .Both staff members were very helpful.

  Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, and the repairs that they did for me. They earned my repeat business for sure!
